Interactive Designer/Digital Specialist

The Interactive Designer/Digital Specialist supports the web development functions of Sigler by maximizing the use of Internet-related technologies and tools. This position will focus on the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns to promote products and services. This position will also play a pivotal role on projects using web-based communications tools, web site management and digital content management. The Interactive Designer/Digital Specialist will work with a variety of colleagues to offer creative support on the overall look, feel and functionality of web design projects. This individual may also produce wire-frames and mock-ups, compelling artwork (including images, icons and banners) and appealing layouts, all with an emphasis on UX.

Education: Minimum, Associates Degree but would prefer Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as computer science, design or other related design/programming field is preferred.

Experience: Mixture of degree work and/or three years of professional experience with web or graphic design is necessary for this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Competency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and MS Office
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with many different stakeholders
  • Pro-active, organized and detail-orientated, with the ability to multi-task and work effectively under deadlines

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Email Marketing Platforms. i.e. – Constant Contact, ExactTarget, Mailchimp
  • Fluent with spreadsheets and data processing
  • Experience with Drupal
  • Design capability and understanding of typography, color and layout

Production Technicians

Production Technicians are needed in our Screenprint and Embroidery Departments (Day shift, 2nd shift, full-time, part-time and temporary positions are available).

Education/Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a printing, packaging and/or fulfillment production atmosphere is preferred but not required

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

Account Specialist

The Account Specialist is a member of the Client Services team. The Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring client inquiries and promptly resolving concerns when they arise. The goal of the Account Specialist is to provide product and process expertise and flexible support, thereby contributing to client satisfaction, repeat purchases and growth of the client account.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred. Previous experience in a related position helpful.

  • Utilize online tools and Sigler’s job management systems to answer client inquiries and assist with the placing of orders
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve while navigating various systems and engaging the client in a positive manner
  • Communicate regularly with internal client account team regarding important transactions or new information, trends that are developing or problems that arise
  • Review available data and reports to follow up on inventory and order status, keeping client account team informed of potential problems or delays
  • Perform additional administrative duties related to the client assigned
