FSC/SFI Certifications

Concentric Printing - Sigler Printing uses a revolutionary halftone dot technology known as concentric printing. It divides the conventional round dot into thin concentric rings, which receive ink in a more concentrated method.

Our ink feed meters have indicated a savings of 25-35% less ink than the traditional process. Concentric printing also means we can offer you a higher quality end product, thanks to higher screen rulings, greater press stability and richer, more saturated color.

Printing Processes - Sigler's MasterPrinter designation includes a commitment to GRACoL® 7 processes. As a result, we can now prepare plates more quickly and create tighter calibrations, matching initial proofs more closely to the finished pieces. These steps save plates, paper and ink and have a positive impact on our environment.

Recycling Excellence - Sigler received the Recycling Excellence Award from Mid America Recycling for conserving more than 670 tons of resources in 2006, the equivalent of more than 11,000 mature trees, 4 million gallons of water, 39 lbs. of air pollution, 2 million kilowatt hours of electricity and 2,000 cubic yards of landfill space.
